Brief Answer:
The increase in polymorphs is only relative since TLC is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Your blood report shows total leukocyte count TLC) of 4300/ cubic millilitre which is within normal range.
The differential leucocyte count shows neutrophilic predominance, however, there is no absolute increase in white blood cells.
The platelet count is within normal limit and hemoglobin level is low.
You need to get a peripheral blood examination and red cell indices to know the type of anemia.
As far as neutrophils / polymorphs are concerned, there is nothing to worry about it since the increase is only relative.
You need to take supportive treatment for viral as suggested by your doctor.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja Puri
