Brief Answer:
Thrombocytosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
As you have mentioned that you have raised platelet levels which is known as Thrombocytosis.
Mostly, High level of platelet is accidentally found during blood tests. But, if the level is slightly elevated than normal range that there is no need to worry. Otherwise, some other tests will be required to find its cause (Primary or secondary).
As you haven't mentioned the platelet count, it is difficult to answer now.
Kindly tell the level in follow up, to help you better.
