Brief Answer:
Seems subclinical hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have gone through the test reports. The TSH and uric acid levels are slightly high. Do you have any symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, joint pain etc? Mostly it seems that you have subclinical hypothyroidism and hyperuricemia.

For subclinical hypothyroidism you do not need medicines. Keep monitoring the thyroid hormones levels every 6 months to 1 year. If T3 or T4 become high, then you will need thyroid hormone supplements. In the meanwhile, eat iodinated salt in food and take cleaner drinking water.

Regarding hyperuricemia, if you have joint swelling and pain then you need medicines. Till then take dietary restrictions and avoid food that raises uric acid levels like meat, alcohol, mushrooms, palak paneer, etc

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
