Brief Answer:
Symptoms are directly related to NAC.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

These symptoms are related to non alcoholic cirrhosis/NAC.

Spleen is known to enlarge in NAC.

For Disturbances in equilibrium ,I advise you to have a CT scan of your brain, since many equilibrium disturbances originate in brain and vestibular apparatus.

Pain inside stomach is once again related to spleenomegaly.

Regarding treatment ,options are limited if cirrhosis is set in.

I advise you to have a transabdominal ultrasound and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to assess the severity of NAC and spleenomegaly

Liver transplantation is a viable option.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
