What Causes Episodes Of Dizziness And Nausea?

BPPV, see ENT specialist for canalith repositioning
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to HCM
I am sorry to hear that you are going through this. Kindly provide some information like it's it associated with some particular movement. Have you had ear problem in the past. How long you have been facing this problem.
Based on the information, it may be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, it may go away on its own within a few weeks or months. But, to help relieve BPPV sooner, i would suggest you to see ENT specialist they will treat you with a series of movements known as the canalith repositioning procedure.
I would have treated you with anti vertigo agent like betahistine, on examination.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
