What Causes Episodes Of Night Sweats?

Tonight just sitting in my chair I borke out in clammy sweats several times!
I have emphysema and anxiety! I had bladder cancer earlier this year but it was caught and is gone! I have been to several follow ups and it is clear!
This started several months ago and my family dr just says maybe it is hormonal!
I had a hysterectomy in 2004! I know what hot flashes feel like and this is not it!
I have noticed the last couple visits to my dr my blood pressure is down to 110/60 and my pulse was 60!
What would make those change since I usually run 130 over 80 or so when I go to the dr!
I dont know where to turn!
