What Causes Episodes Of Night Sweats?

default
Posted on Mon, 1 Feb 2016
Question: I am having problems with breaking out in clammy sweats! My dr did tsh and it was 1.2! I wake up with them sometimes! They are not normal night sweats!
Tonight just sitting in my chair I borke out in clammy sweats several times!
I have emphysema and anxiety! I had bladder cancer earlier this year but it was caught and is gone! I have been to several follow ups and it is clear!
This started several months ago and my family dr just says maybe it is hormonal!
I had a hysterectomy in 2004! I know what hot flashes feel like and this is not it!
I have noticed the last couple visits to my dr my blood pressure is down to 110/60 and my pulse was 60!
What would make those change since I usually run 130 over 80 or so when I go to the dr!
I dont know where to turn!

Good day,
Noted your concern. Sorry to hear about your symptoms. There are possible reasons for your symptoms.
a) Anxiety itself can cause this.

4) Fasting blood sugars ( and blood sugars during these sweating episodes if possible)
5) Fasting FSH, Estradiol.

7) Urine Routine'

A doctor has to thoroughly examine you for presence of lymphnodes, and Blood pressure variation on standing and lying.
