Brief Answer:
Excision of Spermatocele will not cause Erectile Dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone surgery for Spermatocele in 2014 and since then you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2) Are you taking any medications?
3) have you done blood test for Serum Testosterone levels?
With advanced age it is common to have issue regarding sexual potency and erection and these are mostly due to reduced serum testosterone levels and generalized atherosclerosis after the age of 60 years that also involves penile artery resulting into reduced blood flow to the erectile tissue causing ED.

Please get Colour Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of the Penis done to find out whether your problem of ED is vascular in origin .

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
