What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?
Question: I am male age 53 and have recently experienced my first instance of erectile dysfunction, not chronic, but one time was too many as far as i was concerned. After my last ejaculation, my semen appeared pink colored ( possible blood? Is pink colored semen a sign of prostate cancer or some other problem?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have first incidence of Erectile Dysfunction very recently and noticed your semen to be pink in colour.
The single episode of Erectile Dysfunction has no significance at all .It does happen in every one's life some time or other.
Ed with pink colored Semen is likely to be due to infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .
Get your semen examination and semen culture done to find our the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxicycline along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute
