Question: What is the root cause of ED?

What types of amino acids and enzymes should I take naturally to relax blood vessels in my penis to increase blood flow?

Does epididymitis hinder blood flow?

I use CPAC machine every night. Is this contributing to ED problems?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you dibetic ?
2) Do you have high Blood pressure ?

Erection is a very complex process that involves central nervous system .Vascular System and sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system .Hence any derangement in coordination of these systeme can lead to ED .

However the commonest cause of Ed is Diabetes ,Hypertension ,and peripheral neuritis that leads to failure of relaxation of arterioles in erectile tissue of penis to get filled with blood that is the basic cause of Ed.

It requires detail investigations to trace out the cause for ED.

Epididymis does not reduce blood flow to penis but the pain in testicles and genital can cause ED.

CPAP machine has no role to play in ED.
