Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
If you do not have local swelling or marked tenderness then apparently you do not have any serious injury. If swelling increases or local color changes to bluish or the problem persist more than a week then you will need a local Urologist to examine you.
Personally I believe you will recover in a day or two to come.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!

Swelling and tenderness is not there but I am feeling very little sensation, is this something to worry about?
Brief Answer:
it will resolve in sometime
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
The transient loss of sensation should subside in a week time and the problem of trouble of erection will also solve by itself.
If still some trouble then you will need to get assessed by local surgeon as I told earlier.
I hope it will be helpful.
