Question: I have a problem erecting my penis.....struggle to erect my penis.. no feeling sex....and also I am suffering a right testicle problem since 7 years......please help me..

No married yet.. No girlfriend...not to sex anyone..just masturbated 2/3 times in a week...problem start from second week of march 2016 till now...no alcohol /smoking.....morning erecting sometimes but not fully.....masturbate pleasure is good....now when masturbated no feeling my penis.....right testicle is big..sometimes pain...not seen doctor till now...

Pain and swelling of right side testicle should be evaluated. You need to consult surgeon for physical examination as well as ultrasound examination of scrotum if needed.

It is difficult to take judgement from images. if you are sure that there is increased in right side testicles, there are some differential diagnosis. Possibility of hydrocele is there. You need to consult surgeon for examination and confirmation of diagnosis. Other possibilities are infection and tumor. Ultrasound examination can help further.
After establishing diagnosis treatment can be done.

You have not adequate erection and that can be due to psychological reason. Sometime when you actively concentrate on erection while masturbating erection would not be full.

You cannot feel orgasm(no pleasure in mind). This may be related to your testicle problem.
