What Causes Erection Problem When Under Stress?

Question: Hello Dcotor, I am 29 male getting married in a months time. However my major concern is, I use to have good arousal and orgasm. But since couple of months I am not getting the kind of erections like before and my sexual morale is completely down. One more concern is I have difficulty in getting erected in Vanila sex but gets highly erected for kinky type. Will this be cause of concern for my sex life post marriage ?? Please help !!

Thanks a lot for your reply doctor. However request you to answer to my second question regarding the type of sex my body reacts to. I am seriously concerned about sexual life with my partner. Just wanted to be sure that I am sexually alright before marriage. Is there a test or way I could ensure I am sexually fit person ??

I am not sure what you mean by kinky sex because normally, it is not advisable immediately after marriage. Vanila sex is better immediately after marriage.
