Brief Answer:
I would like to rule out genital herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images.
I can see a few well defined erosions on glans of penis. I would like to rule out possibility of genital herpes.
Genital herpes presents as well defined erosions on genital skin. It may be associated with pain and burning sensation.
I would suggest you to take a blood test for HSV ELISA (Type 1 & 2, IgG and IgM).
If it comes out as genital herpes I don't think that you acquired it because of the handjob episode that you mentioned. Handjob is entirely safe and not associated with any risk of transmission of STDs unless she used her saliva to lubricate.

Brief Answer:
PCR for HSV type 1 and 2

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thank you. I have reviewed the report.
If your last risky sexual contact was more than 12 weeks ago then this report can be considered reliable else you need to retest at 12 weeks from your last risky sexual encounter. Hsv type 1& 2 ELISA, IgG values alone would be reliable if done at 12 weeks from your last risky sexual encounter.
Why don't you go for a PCR test for HSV (type 1 and 2) from this genital lesion? It is a gold standard test and would be confirmatory without having to repeat the blood test.
I am skeptical that this could be due to masturbation

Brief Answer:
Your test report is fine

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.

The report is fine. So, that is conclusive. Must have been a yeast infection on glans.

Take care
