What Causes Excess Fat In Stool?

Question: I am 44 years old in good health. Unfortunately, I tend to read too many medical internet sites. I have been worried about excess fat in my stool ever since I read something. It is always brown. My stool is rarely loose. It can be soft, and there is a film on it. I have no other symptoms that might indicate something is wrong. I have not lost weight.
Brief Answer:
Please, be calm!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for contacting us.
I have reviewed your information fully and nothing raises worries on my mind. Unfortunately, most internet sites publish generic and vague information that gets curious persons often worried. Disregard them as a review of your symptoms in context hasn't raised any worries. Furthermore, be more cautious when reading medical information as pieces alone might never apply to your case.
I hope this reassures you. I wish you well. Keep me posted if you have any further worries.
Please, be calm!

Thank you so much. There is nothing worse than sticking your hand in a toilet to feel your stool, then feel the greasy film and wonder if you are going to die!!!
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
