Increased salvation can be due to oral infections or salivary gland disease or it can be drug induced.
Tamsulosin can cause increase in salvation in some patients which go away with continued use. In case of continued symptoms, some oral medicines or sublingual sprays can be prescribed. You should consult your urologist regarding tamsulosin use.
