8.30-breakfast
11am- green tea
1.30-lunch
4pm-green tea
6pm-snacks(not regular)
8pm-9pm -dinner

weekly 1-2 times

I drink 2-3 litres of water. Occasionally drink tea/coffee.

add green leafy vegetables,okra,drumstick leaves,raddish in your daily food.
Kindly stick on to your proper food intake.

Medication:
1.Dasamoolaristam: 20 ml with 60 ml of water twice a day.
2. Tripala choornam capsules-2 morning and night. after food.
Kindly follow the medicine for one month and get back to us if there any clarification.
