Brief Answer:
Prolactin

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your symptoms.

I would like to know if the results of the following blood tests:

CBC
CMP
TSH
Free T4
Prolactin

These tests can be done at any time of day or night and do not require fasting.

The medications you have listed are not known to elevate the prolactin levels.

It is important to rule out thyroid problems based on the complaints you have. The above tests will be helpful in doing so.

I see you have had one elevated prolactin level. It is necessary to repeat it because sometimes a stressful collection can result in temporary rise in blood prolactin levels. Unless of course, the numbers were significantly high

A grotesquely high TSH can raise the prolactin levels too.
