What Causes Excessive Hunger In The Morning Along With Poor Memory?
I am having problems with my diet. I can eat a very sensible diet during the day but wake up ravishing hungry at 1 and 3 am. I have to eat something. I feel that this compromises my diet and makes me feel guilty afterwards. My doctor did a A1c and I dont have diabetes.
Also I am very forgetful lately I've been taking a memory pill called ceraloft it's great. Anything I can do to help regain my memory I am a teacher
