Brief Answer:
Possible Yeast Infection and or Urinary Tract Infection
Detailed Answer:
It is possible you sustained either Candidiasis (a fungal infection), STD from previous sexual contact (regardless of time elapsed) and or another Urinary Tract Infection. I cannot see exactly what you are describing, however the symptoms you describe lead me to believe this. The good news is this is very likely treatable, however requires a visit to the physician if you are hoping for definitive treatment with antibiotics.

Recommended Consult with OBGYN
Detailed Answer:
To obtain treatment and a more definitive answer, one would really need to perform a physical examination. I highly suggest you make an appointment to an OBGYN as they could better assess your condition for treatment. As you are a younger individual, it would be worthwhile to set up a relationship with a physician group as to follow for your women's health examinations. They would be very useful in these regards. I wish you the best and hope your condition improves.

She hasnt given me anything yet bc she needs to find out what bacteria she is treating otherwise thank you so much.
Brief Answer:
Good Luck
Detailed Answer:
Yes, generally, a culture helps determine exactly what type of bacteria you are dealing with. Some physicians may treat empirically (That means an antibiotic that covers most bacteria) but I understand her wanting to be more specific. Nonetheless, I am glad you got checked out, a physical exam can only tell you definitively what is occurring; and in regards to treatment; prescriptions via this service are not available. You did the right thing; I believe you will soon start feeling improvement. In the meantime I suggest adequate if not more hydration than usual to flush any toxins or bacteria out of your system as much as possible.
