What Causes Excessive Perspiration Along With Exhaustion In A Person With Angina?

Question: Hi I am 65 years old, female and for the past 2 months I have been saturated in perspiration from the slightest of exertion and at the same time feeling exhausted. I have angina.

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Since you are finding relief of symptoms with Nitroglycerin spray, the sweating is related to ischaemia (inadequate blood supply )of the heart.
Please request your doctor for a CT coronary angiogram. It is likely to show blocks in the arteries that supply your heart.
If so, you will be helped by corrective measures .
