Brief Answer:
Could be related to salivary gland neuronal imbalance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi .

I understand your condition.

Your condition can be be called as sialorrhea.

This could be a neuronal imbalance from salivary gland output.

Drugs like Glycopyrrolate and transdermal scopolamine will help.

Anxiety has to be simultaneously controlled.

Anxiety can also contribute to such hypersalivation.

Drugs like Clonazepam used for short term will help to control your symptoms to a large extent.

Please note the above mentioned drugs have to taken under strict medical prescription.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

As you know I have anxiety disorder also. Any advice that how can I cure that without medicine because anxiety makes me think about disease and makes me anxious kind of hypochondriac!! Day before yesterday I became that much anxious that I started relating all this to Parkinson Disease as my problem has some relation with non motor symptoms of PD. I am only 24.
I ask to some doctor he assure me that its a old age disease and occur usually after 40. Your advice on this?!

Brief Answer:
Its unlikely to be Parkinson's disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern.

Parkinsons disease is extremely unlikely in your case.
This is a widely varied disorder with complex of motor ,non motor and autonomic disturbances characterized tremor, rigidity and slowness of movements.

Its usually after presents after 40 years.

Anxiety management is most important in your case.
This can be attained non medically as follows.

1. Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head.

2.Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand.

3.Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks.

4.Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest.
Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health. Check out the fitness tips below.

5.Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly.

6.Count to 10 slowly. Repeat, and count to 20 if necessary.

7.Do your best. Instead of aiming for perfection, which isn't possible, be proud of however close you get.

8.Accept that you cannot control everything. Put your stress in perspective: Is it really as bad as you think?

9.Welcome humor. A good laugh goes a long way.

10.Maintain a positive attitude. Make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

11.Get involved. Volunteer or find another way to be active in your community, which creates a support network and gives you a break from everyday stress.

12.Learn what triggers your anxiety. Is it work, family, school, or something else you can identify? Write in a journal when you’re feeling stressed or anxious, and look for a pattern.

13.Talk to someone. Tell friends and family you’re feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you. Talk to a physician or therapist for professional help.
