What Causes Excessive Sweating In Genitals After Unprotected Anal Sex?
Anal symptoms mimicking UTI. Need work up
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Incontinence of urinary tract with anal sex is unlikely unless there has been trauma to the genitals. Profuse sweating and secretions could be the perineal and perianal discharge of the anus as anal sex is likely the trigger for such complaint and due to the proximity the discharge may seem likely to be from genitals.
As far as urinary incontinence is concerned that needs urodynamic and flow urometry to sort out the type of incontinence. Sacral nerve stimulation will tell us whether there are any anals ymptoms involved in this incontinence or not.
Anal infections like proctitis may mimic UTI and a trigger from near by anus can cause urinary symptoms when actually the symptom is in anal tract rather than in urinary.
As your labs have been clear for urinary tract for STDs and UTIs, i strongly suggest to have an anometry as well along with urodynamic and we will know where is incontinence coming from.
Wear loose undergarments use cotton as preference as ventilation is good in those garments. Over sweating may be the sign of mucus discharge secondary to haemorrhoidal cushion damage or a proctitis. Mucus discharge from urethra is posisble as well as excessive sweat glands around genitals might also be the reason and have a role in it but the main culprit is the anal coitus. You can say these are the collateral damages and need very strong care and protection which no matter what a person does is imposibble.
Get to a proctologist and or a urologist and let them do some work up and labs. Only then we will have a better idea of what is going on.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

As per your statement with aSTD clear odds of transmission to other partners is unlikely but Anal coitus is unwise choice . i would advise stay protected and use some protection always.
As far as the fertility is concerned , yes i have seen many patients who had a history of anal sex and could not conceive in future due to many reason with psychology and trauma induced ED likely ones.
What to ask is more like what to tell. Doctor will guide you through his questionnaire. You just comply and give him straightforward 100 percent answer. The more you comply the more they will be able to reach the cause earlier.
I hope it helps.
