Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
I understand the importance of your condition. Yes it can be embarrassing. You should check your thyroid and diabetic status as thyroid abnormalities and diabetes can cause excessive sweating.
You should use an antiperspirant deostick containing aluminium chloride hexahydrate. Aluminium chloride hexahydrate lotion 20 % is also available. It can be applied and rubbed in till absorbed, twice a day over areas which sweat excessively.
Use a dusting powder over the groin and scrotal area liberally before you go out. This will absorb a lot of sweat.
Apart from Botox, there is iontophoresis for excessive sweating. You should approach your dermatologist for this treatment. New machines have come in the market which makes use of the principle of radio frequency to control excessive sweating. XXXXXXX lasers have introduced XXXXXXX SweatX machine. But I do not know the availability or expense of this treatment in your locality.
Hope this helped,
