Brief Answer:
Exclude first UTI and Diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If you urinate too much, you will eliminate too much fluids and you will feel thirsty.
If you feel thirsty you will drink plenty of fluids and this will lead to frequent urination.
This is like a vicious circle.

We need to understand which is the first event in order to sort out the right cause and try to fix it.

The most common causes of such symptoms are:
-Urinary tract infection. The diagnosis is confirmed by urinalysis.
-Diabetes Mellitus (high blood sugar). The diagnosis is confirmed by blood sugar test (fasting blood glucose).

I suggest to consult a physician and get the tests done.
Once excluded these possible causes you doctor may explore other possibilities (Kidney problems,Dry mouth (xerostomia or Dry mouth syndrome ,Hipopituitarism etc)

Hope my answer has helped.
If you have any other question please feel free to write me back,I will be happy to help.

Best Regards.
