Brief Answer:
Can be D3, B12, magnesium deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You said nothing about your diet. Are you eating fresh fruits and vegetables? Do you have adequate calcium and vitamin D? You need the B vitamins every day for your energy levels to be adequate. The ones I worry about the most with fatigue are B12, D3 and folic acid. If unusually fatigued, it is always good to get a check-up and a blood test for presence of anemia or underlying causes.
Now, if you are eating well, clearly active, you may benefit from an adaptogenic herb. This is an herb which helps your body cope with high stress yet provide an energy unlike that from a stimulant. My favorite herb is Ashwagandha. Ginseng tea is also used for this effect. In fact, Ashwagandha is frequently referred to as “Indian ginseng” because of its rejuvenating properties, even though botanically, ginseng and Ashwagandha are unrelated.
Regarding your legs and body. Try some gentle stretching exercises, a hot bath using aromatherapy or Epson salts, and have the doctor check your magnesium levels.
Remember, always keep your personal care physician in the loop of any self-treatment.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
