Brief Answer:
Can be due to nutritional deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to nutrional deficiencies. Deficiency of vitamin d and vitamin b12 also can give such symptoms. You can check the blood levels of these. If it is low then supplementation will be helpful.
Aging also contribute to tiredness to some extent. You can take more anti oxidants to counter act that.
Also get a blood routine test and ESR to rule out infection and any inflammatory process in the body. If you are on endemic zone for Lyme disease then you can go for serological test for that also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
