What Causes Excessive Vaginal Mucus?

Question: am under natural iui treatment and was monitoring LH surge everyday and on Saturday morning I got a negative and in the evening on the same day at 6:00 pm got a positive. I done my insemination on Monday. Was it too late to achieve pregnancy or was it a right time? What is ur opinion?? Secondly after the treatment Until now I have very very little to no cervical mucus (dry) and sometimes not at all does that mean the iui didn't work? I had this pain under my belly button. Cramp feeling for 2 days on n off yesterday and day before yesterday. And back pain which is still there. The cramps are no more. Too worried
Brief Answer:
Everything is fine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your IUI was done on right time. There is no reason to worry.
Mucous is present more during ovulation and reduces after that. It is not related to success or failure of IUI.
Cramp is likely to be due to ovulation. I don't see any reason to worry.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

Due to ovulation?? At this stage like 6days after iui. Can it be implantation pain or is it too early?? So the no cervical mucus doesnt mean anything.
Brief Answer:
Cervical mucus is not significant at this stage
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cervical mucous at this stage doesn't mean anything.
Small follicles are likely to ovulate bit later.
This is not implantation pain for sure.
