Hi dear, thanks for responding.
Your Body mass index is around 28.7, which makes you overweight for your age and height. The cause of this can be either PCOD or hypothyroidism, or both.
Polycystic ovarian disease is the hormonal disorder of insulin resistance leading to weight gain, irregular menstrual cycles and irregular or no ovulation. The first line of management of PCOD is weight loss and lifestyle modification. Weight loss generally improves the hormonal profile, and no medical treatment is usually needed in PCOD unless the menstrual cycles are irregular or one fails to conceive.
You should also consult your doctor to increase your dose of thyronorm if the TSH levels are so high. If TSH levels are not controlled, all efforts to loose weight usually go in vain.
Your diet should be of approximately 1600 kcal/day including more of proteins, and less carbohydrates and fat.
A probable diet plan can be:
Breakfast: 1 glass milk, 1 bowl sprouts/dalia
11 AM: 1 seasonal fruit/1 glass sattu
Lunch: 2 -3 chapati, 1 bowl vegetables, 1 bowl daal, 1 plate salad, curd
Evening snack:tea with 2 toasts/ mathri/ XXXXXXX gold biscuits
Dinner: Same as lunch, with different vegetables and daal
Avoid deep fried food items and sugars.
Do jogging and aerobics at least 1 hour daily.

Wishing you good health.
