Question: Daily, 1-2 times explosive morning diarrhea for past three weeks, no pain, no fever, slight abdominal discomfort after bowel movement. No improvement with Pepto Bismol or Imodium.
Feel completely normal 22 hours per day. Routine colonoscopy in April, normal with moderate diverticulosis.

Eliminated coffee, drinking water, eating yogurt, fruit and cottage cheese. This has been going on for weeks but at 71 I have never experienced this before. Psyllium seeds at a health food store?

The good thing about psyllium seeds is that they make stools soft, regardless of whether the primary problem is loose stools or constipation.
As long as you don't have fever or blood in your stools it is a viable way to go. If you do not see improvement within a few days, I suggest you see your doctor and have your feces cultured for bacteria, eggs, parasites, etc. depending on your geographic area.
