Brief Answer:
Please give more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can help you with all the questions that you have about external hemorrhoids aka piles.

You seem to be using some ayurvedic preparations for this. Is the pain under control? Do you have blood in the stools?

I suggest you to ask me any more queries that you have. Please remember that the external hemorrhoids are mainly triggered by irregular bowel movements, dehydration and lazy bowels. So please have ample amount of water each day like 2 1/2 to 3 litres of water. You can take 2 tsp Isapghol powder along with one glass of water before bed time. This will increase bulk of the food and easy stool.

Hope this helps.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

That is good to hear about no pain and no blood.

Since you are already using Hadensa cream it should take care of the problem. I suggest you to continue with the remedy measures I suggested.

Let me know if you have anything else I will answer you, else you may close our discussion.

I would like to know how long it generally take to cure this and are there chances to get such problem back in future

Answered by Dr. V. N. S. Parinam (46 hours later)
Brief Answer:
This episode will take 48 hours

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is a chance of recurrence of hemorrhoids in future. When there is no regular bowel movement, stress, low water intake, less fibre would lead to recurrence.

Each episode will typically last 48 to 72 hours after treatment.
