What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Headaches?
Question: I am an 18 year old, female. I have been experiencing extreme fatigue for a month or so with no explainable cause. I have had headaches for two days. I am unable to stay awake during the day. I have also been experiencing a pounding heart beat, sometimes up to 120 beats per minute. I have a sore throat, accompanied by swollen tonsils and glands. I also have minor abdominal pain in the upper right and left quadrants. After walking a short distance I will have shortness of breath and excessive sweating, this has been going on for over a month. I haven't had an appetite for over a month.
Brief Answer:
How is your life lately?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed your information fully. This raises questions on the possibility of anxiety or stress related disturbances. I will like to know what your work volume has been like lately. Also, are you having happy moments or you think life is somewhat unfair to you. Finally, have you ever been evaluated for possible thyroid conditions by measuring your TSH levels?
I hope to hear from you before providing more definitive and guiding responses on how to approach and overcome this.

I have been diagnosed with chronic depression and general anxiety. I am a college student so work volumes have been pretty high.
I have not been tested for thyroid conditions, but I will look into that.
I also forgot to mention that for the last two days I have been nauseous.

Brief Answer:
How often do you take naproxen?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Naprixen can cause nausea. Endeavor to take only sparingly as it can also cause abdominal pain and bleeding. Also, report the findings of the thyroid test to me. With the diagnosis of depression and anxiety, you need to be consistent with your drugs/ Always try to find time and rest and interact with friends. This would be very helpful to you.
I wish you well and do well to keep me updated.
