What Causes Extreme Fatigue, Muscle Numbness And Cramps At Night?
Question: I am extremely tired all the time. like cant keep my eyes open tired. also all my muscles everywhere feel as if there asleep then when I stretch to do anything they spasm and cramp. Trying to stretch out the cramp and cramp elsewhere. wakes me up at night. Makes it hard to do anything. Cramps in my neck, legs, arms, back, toes, etc... 49 male 6' 225# construction background. Fatigued is an understatement. 4 months and local DR. tried prednisone . Didn't help. Arms literally feel like I've had them over my head for hours, like there's no blood in them. Try moving them cramps. took forever to type this.
Also taking over the counter Magnesium, Phosphate, Calcium. 3000mg Advil a day. 1-3 Pepcid ac a day.
