Brief Answer:
Premenopause and disc disease should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, feeling "off" and fatigued at your age could be a premenopausal or menopausal problem.

So, if you experience periods irregularities, hot flashes too, you should consider premenopause as a possible condition that is causing your symptoms.

Other possible explanations of your symptoms could be conditions such common flu, anxiety and stress disorder etc.

About pulled muscle feeling, since it is radiating to your spine, it could be thoracic vertebral column herniated disc disease.

It is necessary to confirm or exclude this condition by imaging studies such MRI.

It is also necessary to loose some weight to ease your vertebral column loading.

All these issues should be discussed with your primary care Doctor and further medical evaluation is needed to get the correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
