Brief Answer:
Please attach the exams result.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I read carefully your concerns.

The situation looks a bit complicated and it needs clinical evaluation and some futher examinations to exclude a tuberculosis or Lymphoma.

The sweating, lymph nodes and high white blood cells count suggest one of the above diagnosis.
A cortisol level would be of help too, beacuse an adrenal insuficiency may cause low blood pressure and risk for infections.

Please attach the exams you have done until now, if you want a much specified information regarding the further exams needed.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

Infectious control tested for TB and was negative. Estrogen levels are extremely low (almost non existent). She has not been tested for Lymphoma, but her mother had Chronic Lymphoma Leukemia. She is being referred to an endocrinologist and a rhyumatologist, just waiting to be seen.
Also her immune system is almost non-existant

Brief Answer:
Probably there are some coexisting pathologies.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
Regarding to endocrinological pathologies i would insist on adrenal insufficiency.
Low cortisol level ( cortisol is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands) is manifested with low blood pressure, nausea, low energy ect. but what makes me worried are the lymph nodes.
If she has taken corticosteroids for long time (to treat arthritis) and stopped imidiately that may be a cause for adrenal insufficiency.
There may be 2 or more coexisting pathologies.
A cortisol level helps to confirm the adrenal insufficiency and she will need probably a biopsy of the lymph nodes.
Regarding to low estrogen level, i think is not the cause of all these symptoms. The situation seems more complicated.
Wish her good health.
