What Causes Extreme Fatigue With Low Blood Profile?

Question: I have extreme fatigue with a blood picture of low values of rbc,hbg,hct,total iron, % saturation, with high values of rdw, platelet, and ferritin. Colonoscopy was neg as are several occult blood tests
