Brief Answer:
Need a little more work up.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
As far as your reports are concerned, they are normal or appear normal. But you are symptomatic. So what we require is a little more evaluation.
We need to know your FT4, Estradiol. Are you on any medicines? Do you have breast milk discharge? We might require your MRI brain for pituitary with contrast. There are some pointers towards pituitary involvement. Hence the evaluation.
Regards!

Brief Answer:
thyroid seems to be normal.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX thyroid is ok i believe. prolactin is high causing irregular periods. you may require MRI brain for pituitary with contrast. Normally, for my patients I would start cabergoline 0.5 mg once a week and also add thyrowell or thyropace , once a day. Meanwhile you get your MRI report in hand. Regards!

Thanx Doc..
But why thyrowell or thyropace if thyroid appears normal. Are we supposed to do nothing about the elevated anti Tpo?

Brief Answer:
Anti TPO does not need treatment per se.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX anti TPO tells us that you have auto immune disorder and likely to develop thyroid disorder , but they themselves do not need treatment. you need to monitor thyroid annually. thyrowell or thyropace are not thyroxine preparations, they are multivitamins specific for thyroid. they help thyroid to work better and make tissues more sensitive to thyroxine hormone. regards!
