What Causes Eye Pain Associated With Sensitivity To Light?

Question: Yes. Thank you. I have 2 issues and am not sure if they're related. My eye is very sensitive to sunlight as the day wears on. I did have shooting pain in my eye but has subsided to a dull ache. It's watery and a bit swollen. I also have shortness of breath.

It seems from the history that you are having pain associated with sensitivity to light and shortness of breath.
These two issues are not related.
The eye problem indicates inflammation of the eye. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs. If possible do send photo of the affected eye so that I can answer your question more accurately.
