What Causes Facial Acne In A Child?

Question: hi, my 3 and half months old baby is getting small pimples all over his face. what should I do? I use sebamed cream and mee mee powder for my baby
i have not changed anything for his skin.

Infantile acne is quite common in first year of life. I suggest you to use clindac A gel (clindamycin 1% gel), twice daily.
