Brief Answer:
What have been your blood pressure numbers?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty you have experienced with your medications. I will like to have readings of your blood pressure for the past 3days. This will be helpful in determining whether for sure this drug is responsible for these symptoms. Also, I Will determine whether you need medications for high blood pressure or not.

Let me hear from you so that we can together sort this out and make the decision on what the way forward about your medications is. I am right here and would respond as soon as the information reaches me.

Brief Answer:
These are good numbers!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up information.

These numbers are so good. The next question is whether these drugs could be responsible for maintaining these numbers or not. The best way to approach this would be to create a therapeutic window. This consist in pausing treatment for sometime and monitoring the numbers. If they remain good, then you may not need this medication right now. Should they spike, we would consider starting these drugs again at lower doses to avoid them over reducing the blood pressure.

In all, stop treatment for 2weeks. Monitor the numbers and send to me and we would decide whether to stop or not. Also, we would see whether modifying the dosage would be recommended. Please, do not forget to inform your doctor about the possible changes that you are considering.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask for more information and clarification should need be. I wish you well.
