Brief Answer:
Unrelated to the december episode

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the history you have given me it looks like your current issue is not related to the episode you have had in december. Spinning of the head needs further evaluation. Please get the following things tested as soon as possible
1. Hemoglobin
2. Blood sugar
3. Eye and ear examination.
4. Blood pressure

Most often spinning of the head can be attributed to imablance in the ear (wax), blood pressure and low sugars. It is important to get evaluated as soon as possible as it has been more than 8 weeks since you are suffering.
The current issue is not related to hernia.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Might be related to hearing

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

At times clogged wax can lead to dizziness and ringing in the ear due to imbalance caused by differential hearing in each ear. I suggested you to get yourself checked by an ent surgeon as soon as possible.
