What Causes False Positive In Pregnancy Test While On Vitamin C Supplements?

Question: Hi
My period is late by a week, started taking high doses of vitamin c to bring on period. Have done two home pregnancy tests (clear blue digital) that have said not pregnant,,,could the high doses of vitamin cause these negatives,
