As I have already told you in my previous answer, the best way to over come this obsession is to engage yourself in other physical activities. The more you are physically active, the less you will have energy to masturbate. You can engage yourself in Games like foot ball, badminton, hockey, basketball etc. Also learn to divert your attention towards your education and career. You should set a goal first and then move forward with different short term and long term goals. Be serious about your education and career, not about masturbation and its effects.
Let me reassure you, Masturbation in moderation (Thrice or four times a week) is healthy, because body needs to remove waste products. Sperm is a waste product and body will remove it through night fall (nocturnal emission) if you don't masturbate.
