Brief Answer:
May not be vitamin deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
If you are not feeling more energetic and high after vitamin shots, lack of these may not be the cause of your fatigue and depression.
There could be some thing else causing these symptoms, like,
1 Any underlying disease like diabetes
2 withdrawal of antidepressants.
OR
3 Depression itself.
My advise to you is to go for investigations , if not already done like,
Complete blood count
Blood sugar and Hb1c
Kidney function test
Thyroid function test
Liver function test
Serum B12 level
Urine routine and microscopy.
Mean while keep yourself occupied in various activities of your choice.
Eat high protein diet.
Exercise to your capacity.
Hope I have answered your query.
Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Good luck.

Thank you for your Response. I have had a recent full range of blood tests, I am not diabetic or so I've been told. My B levels were normal, but I've been told they are not reliable tests, which is why I've been trying the B-12 shots.

I due suffer from depression. The kind where I am able to function, but feel down. To date, the depression medications cause severe headaches and sexual dysfunction.

I always receive the same information from the medical field, yet no one can seem to pin point the problem.

Thank you.
