Question: Hello doctor,
I have quit alcohol cold turkey .. Its been a month now... I am feeling fatigue since two days and kinda sleepy too... Is it some problem with me or my brain.. Or is it normal ... Can you please help ?

What you are describing is normal. You should not be concerned. Alcohol has been out of your system for a month, so these current experiences are not related to alcohol. I recommend getting plenty of sleep, at least 8 hours a night, to combat fatigue and feel less sleepy.
