Dear Sir,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I will like to tell you that you are taking rosuvastatin in minimal dose for your dyslipidemia . Since you give a history of fatigue , one of the side effects of taking this drug is development of myopathy which can give rise to fatigue , calf pains and cramps .
I would advise to report this to your treating doctor and get a CPK level done to see for the muscle injury . Your treating doctor may reconsider this medicine.
Take care.

Dear Dr. XXXXXXX
Many thanks for your reply. I do not have any history of fatigue, nor have any cramps etc. Just wanted to know about my cholestrol levels whether there is any cause of worry. My weight is 73 kgs n height 170cm. I do my TMT, 2D echo yearly & all reports are normal. My BP is 128/84.

Well you did mention in you first question that you are experiencing fatigue so I replied regarding that . Rest your lipid profile is slightly abnormal but you are on right medicine and its not not much a cause to worry if all other tests are normal.
