Brief Answer:
please rule out shingles

Hello Sir!
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I understand your concern. Though your symptoms does not sound bad but the location makes me think of Shingles.
I would ask you to see a physician and get evaluated for the same.Shingles rash starts of slowly and becomes very painful later.Advance treatment decreases the duration of disease.
If you do not have shingles, take anti allergy pills to get some relief.
Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.

Hi Sir, thank you. The rash is light with no pain, no itchiness and no discomfort. I had a bad virus 3 weeks ago and had some thrush also laterally. I am concerned about hiv as rash is commin and thrush also. I am not losing weight, have a healthy appetite and the viral symptoms are diminishing. Should i worry? Do tou think this rash and the thrush is reason enough to worry about aids? Thanks .
Brief Answer:
Not enough symptoms to say HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thank you for writing back.
I would like to say that just a minimal thrush,a mild loss in weight and a rash does not always point towards HIV.But it is always good to go ahead and do an HIV screening test to exclude this disease from the differential diagnosis chart.
Hope this helps. If you have no further queries, please rate this answer and close this discussion.
