What Causes Fatigue And Dizziness Along With Persistent Back Pain?

NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED
Detailed Answer:
Hi Jerdozal,
Thank you for posting the query.
I have gone through your message and understand your concern.
Getting pain in this region for almost a year is rather unusual at your age.
Fibromyositis of the concerned muscle / tendon in that region may be the most likely possibilty. This may occur due to bad postures for prolonged periods of time, taking pillows below your head while sleeping, lifting anything heavy etc.
Rarely, affections of the thoracic spine, like undiagnosed neglected posterior spinal ligament strains, intervertebral disc problems etc,may also give rise to such kind of pain.
An MRI of the painful part will be helpful in further assesssment of the pain.
Sometimes, distal oesophageal inflammation or early stomach ulcers can cause referred pain in the back. An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy will be helpful in ruling out these conditions.
Try avoiding taking pillows, doing stretching exercises, yoga.
For long standing fibromyositis, a local steroid injection shot if often useful.
Consult a orthopaedic specialist and get the necessary investigations done if the symptoms get worse.
Feel free to ask me any doubts that you may have on this issue.
Thank you.
