What Causes Fatigue And Dizziness When BP Reading Indicate 115/70?
Unconfirmed interpretation. MD should review:
Sinus rhythm. Moderate right-precordial repolarization disturbance, consider feminine pattern. Negative T in V2 V3. Abnormal ECG.
So then the doctor asked for an echocardiogram and stress test and holter for 48 hours. I did all this but am worried waiting for results. Is there reason to worry? If so what could be wrong?
Thanks,
Randa

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that females till their menopause are naturally protected from coronary artery disease or heart disease and having a negative T wave in one or two pre cordial leads is common in female sex. So hope fully nothing should be there.
How was your performance during Stress test? It went well without any issue or you had some problems during it like chest discomfort or breathing difficulty? If it went fine then everything is more likely to be normal.
However my sincere advice is to stay calm and don't take stress, let the results come. Think positive.
I hope this information will answer your query.
Kind Regards
