Thank You

For the last two year i have not exercised as I get muscle aches that last up to 3-4 days after. In that period i have lost about 20lbs. I cant say about cold intolerance but my hands and feet are always cold. No constipation or diarrhea and regular diet. I do have rash on my right middle finger that comes and goes. No history of any illness in the family but two of my maternal uncles committed suicide when they were 22 and 27, I don't know the cause i wasn't born at that time. I don't have children just got married last year. I don't have any reason for depression except my health is failing.
Could be due to stress & vitamin deficiency

Hello
Thank You for writing back. I have gone through the answers. As you asked about hormonal imbalance so chances are highly unlikely because apparently there is no symptoms that would suggest hormonal imbalance and same will be for any chronic illness. I will discuss both symptoms separately so that you could understand in a better way:
1. Hair loss:
It could be due to superficial scalp infection, vitamin deficiency or hereditary. I would suggest you following things:
> Take multivitamin one daily for one month. It comes under different names in different areas. e.g Folrad, natalins Rx, multibion
> Apply ketoconazole medicated shampoo 2 times/week for 2-3 weeks.
> Apply oil on scalp once or twice a week. It will also keep hairs healthy.
2. Weight loss:
In some cases genetic predisposition plays a role. Body's metabolic rate increases which causes increase breakdown which sometimes itself gets back to normal. There are some infections which causes chronic weight loss but as you told that there is no other symptom of disease so apparently its also not the cause. You just need to keep healthy diet. For this i would suggest you to consult a dietitian in your area who will help you in making a healthy diet plan which will help to increase your weight back to normal.
Conclusion:
There could be simple vitamin deficiency that if overcomed will resolve the symptoms. I would suggest you not to take stress/tension. Also it would be better if you set an appointment with a psychiatrist. They are trained to remove even minor issues that are causing problems. Sometimes person on an individual basis does not know but on visiting the doctor he feels a change and improvement.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
