Brief Answer:
Need to be evaluated...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These are very common symptoms seen in your age. At this age, I would definitely like to evaluate it carefully and rule out associated medical conditions before starting treatment. A few things that I would suggest your doctors are:
1. To check thyroid hormone status. Weight is proportional to amount of thyroid hormones. Thyronorm doses should be titrated according to thryroid profile tests. Underactive thyroid can be cause of you being overweight as well as feeling fatigued and exhausted.\
2. Vitamin D and calcium level check up. Vitamin D and calcium deficiency are one of the common causes of weakness and joint pains. If they are low, it should be corrected with appropriate dietary and nutritional supplements.
3. Age related arthritic changes of the joint should be assessed through relevant X-rays.
4. Urticaria is a chronic condition. Discuss about using other means to treat it instead of regular allegra. This medicines can contribute to fatigue and exhaustion.

Please visit your treating doctor or any other local physician and discuss about these aspects.
